Bio:

Anastasia Ashley's family moved from Los Angeles, CA to Hawaii when she was 5 years old. Anastasia began riding her first surfboard at the age of 5. She started entering competitions at the age of 7. At nine years old, she had a surfing accident in which she got ran over by a surf board and had her head cut. She was able to recover from this terrible accident. Most of the time growing up she was the only female surfer but this did not stop her from pursuing her dreams. One of her friends growing up was Pro surfer Jamie O Brien. Ashley has won the Association of Professional Surfer's Triple Crown Rookie of the Year, the National Scholastic Surfing Association's women's championship and the Pro Surf Tour of America's women's tour championship. She is still in her early 20s but Ashley has won the National Scholastic Surfing Association's women's championship and the Pro Surf Tour of America's women's tour championship. Anastasia has sponsorships with Oakley, Infinity Surfboards, and PowerBar, and even PETA. She has a personally designed shoe collection with Airwalk. Some of her favorite surf breaks are Riviera, Lowers, and Biarritz, France. She has a regular foot stance.

To get herself in the mood for competition, she often gets massages the day before and this helps clear her head. She is often quiet before competitions and just listens to music on her ipod to help her get focused.

Like many other surfers she has expanded her career beyond surfing and posed in FHM magazine. Some of the things she does in her free time is cook, work out, shop, hang out with her boyfriend Nick Hogan, and friends.
